My Story
Hi, I'm Dorothy Lee, a passionate, Grammy-nominated singer, Holistic Plant-based Wellness and Nutrition Coach, Entrepreneur, Realtor and mother living in New Jersey with my young teenage daughter. I specialize in Plant-based Nutrition, Weight Loss, Skincare and Holistic Wellness.

As a woman who has transitioned through several seasons of life, I can identify with the needs of a stay-at-home mom, an accomplished professional, and business owner. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which crosses multiple dimensions of wellness. I look at how all areas of your life are connected. With an emphasis on self-love and preventative care, I will teach you how to center your mind, heart, and body to be the best version of YOU!

Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. We will help you to create a new lifestyle. My approach is not to dwell on products, fads, and calories. It is not to create lists of restrictions of good and bad foods, and/or habits. Instead, I work to educate my clients and create a happy, healthy
life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. It’s my intent and honor to help create a permanent lifestyle and a new and enhanced life.
